What we do not provide

We do not determine your eligibility. We do not submit applications on your behalf. We do not guarantee approval, waitlist placement, or any specific outcome. The eligibility check on this site is an estimate based on publicly available guidelines — your local CCR&R agency makes the official decision.

Your responsibility

Always confirm assistance details with your local CCR&R agency or Mass211 before submitting an application. Massachusetts EEC policies, eligibility brackets, and waitlist timing change. We update guides regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

Use restrictions

Don't scrape the site, send automated requests, impersonate ChildCareHelpMA, or use the site to mislead families about Massachusetts child-care assistance. The eligibility checker, city pages, and daycare directory are for personal informational use.
